    Details:
    Our client's ex-girlfriend told police that our client threatened her with a gun. The police immediately searched our client's house but found no gun or other evidence. Police arrested our client anyway and charged him with crimes including felony Violation of the Uniform Firearms Act ("VUFA"), 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 6106, assault and related offenses. Our client was facing up to 21 years in prison.

    Details:
    Client arrested for a fight involving a number of girls, one of whom was cut with an object across the face. Client charged with Aggravated Assault, Conspiracy and related offenses. Client faced a sentence of up to 50 years incarceration and a fine of $75,000.00.

    Result:
    Four other co-defendants of our client entered admissions to assault charges (the equivalent of guilty pleas in juvenile court), however, our attorney was able to have all charges against our client withdrawn.

    Our client, a 13 year-old eighth grader, was accused of being part of a group involved in a fight in school. Police arrested our client and charged the youth with multiple felonies including criminal conspiracy and aggravated assault, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 2702.

    Our client was arrested by the Philadelphia Police Department's Narcotic Strike Force in West Philadelphia and charged with felony Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, 35 P.S. § 780-113(30) and related offenses when the officer alleged that our client was involved in narcotic sales. The charges could have resulted in a prison sentence of 10 years.

Police alleged that they witnessed our client engage in an open air drug transaction involving crack cocaine. Our 64 year-old client was arrested and charged with multiple narcotics offenses.

    Details:
    Undercover narcotic officers conducted a surveillance for drug sales in South Philadelphia. Police used a search warrant to enter our client's home. Our client was arrested and police recovered more than 35 grams of prescription medication pills including oxycodone, Percocet, Xanax, alprazolam, clonazepam, amphetamine, and Suboxone. Our client was charged with felony Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, 35 P.S. § 780-113(30) and related offenses, and faced a mandatory minimum prison sentence of at least 3 years and up to 15 years, and a mandatory minimum fine of $15,000 under 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 7508.

    Police were conducting an undercover surveillance of drug sales in West Philadelphia. Police stopped the car our client was driving and stated that they recovered four bags of crack cocaine from our client.

    Undercover narcotic officers conducted a surveillance for drug sales in Philadelphia's Kensington section of the city. Police alleged that they witnessed two men sell heroin to several people. Police then claim that our client noticed the police in the area and told the drug dealers about the police. Police arrested our client, who had no drugs or money in his possession, and charged our client with multiple felonies including Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, 35 P.S. § 780-113(30), and criminal conspiracy, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 903. Our client was facing up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $500,000.00.
