Mr. Tarpey grew up in the East Falls section of Philadelphia and attended William Penn Charter High School. Tim received a full athletic scholarship to Villanova University where he earned an undergraduate degree, a Masters degree, and was granted a research fellowship. Tim earned his law degree at Temple University School of Law where he received the prestigious Barrister's Award for Trial Advocacy.
